Printable Home Exercises

We get many patients asking for home exercises to help manage and improve their condition at home or work.  So we put together a downloadable PDF on our website, under the tab at the top of the page "Preferred Exercises."  Please print it out for reference.

Many people and websites put out tons of exercises for different conditions.  We have seen sheets of exercises given to people that if all were done would take an hour to perform.  

The exercises we posted are the ones we "distilled down" and have come to find the majority of patients benefit greatly from if done correctly.

We prefer reviewing the exercises in the office with each person individually, but if not please use common sense and if any exercises cause any pain please discontinue until discussing it with one of the doctors at the office.
